Indian Sign Language Research and training Center ( ISLRTC) is an autonomous organization under the administrative and financial control of Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities(Divyangjan) Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India. In Accordance with the provisions of societies registration act,1860. ISLRTC established on 26th of September, 2015.
